The pistol's name comes from the Champions power, 'Entangle.' For fans of that game, in 4th edition terms (the last edition I ever played), this power would be a 6D6, DEF 6 ENTANGLE - OAF Entangler Pistol (8 charges). :)

Also... this is the 100th comic of Liberty Lass, if you count the bonus pinups. ;)

Liberty Lass.

For when you want to startle a villain and make them want to rethink this!

He's really more villainy-trope fetish pervert than actual villain

Hey Cape snatcher dude! here's a thought... you COULD ask NICELY, and say please and thank you!

(all kidding aside, I LOVE this guy! Best goofy villain ever!)

I am glad everyone seems to be enjoying this story. As I've said, I do not usually write comedy, and so I wan't sure if only I would think he was funny.

Now I have to come up with something equally light-hearted for #8, which will be after the 2nd arc. Hrm.

I think this guy is just gonna hurt himself. Which reminds me, that backpack's gotta be running low on fuel by now.

He hasn't been up there *that* long. It takes weeks to publish the comic but the scene only takes about 10 minutes of real time.

You got to give him points for consistency xD

He's definitely stubborn.
